Spravato Treatment Screening Call (15 minutes) 15 Min

This 15-minute phone consultation is for individuals interested in Spravato (esketamine) treatment. During this call, we will review eligibility criteria, prior treatment history, and determine whether a full psychiatric evaluation is appropriate.
This is not a treatment session. Spravato treatment requires a comprehensive evaluation and in-office visits.

ADHD Initial Evaluation 60 Min

This appointment is specifically for individuals seeking evaluation for ADHD (attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder).
This visit includes ADHD-specific screening tools and a focused assessment of attention, focus, organization, and impulsivity.

Medication Management Follow-Up (Office) 30 Min

New Patient Psychiatric Evaluation (Office) 60 Min

This appointment is for adults seeking a general psychiatric evaluation for concerns such as depression, anxiety, mood changes, sleep issues, stress, or medication management.

If your primary concern is ADHD or attention-related difficulties, please select ADHD Initial Evaluation instead.
