We currently provide telehealth psychiatric care for adults (18+) across Florida. Care is available in English, Haitian Creole, and French.

In-office visits are temporarily unavailable while our office is in transition. In-office services will resume soon at our new West Palm Beach location.

This brief phone consultation is for adults interested in Spravato (esketamine) treatment for treatment-resistant depression.
During this call, we will review your history, prior antidepressant treatments, current symptoms, and basic eligibility to determine if a full evaluation is appropriate.

  • This is not a treatment session
  • This call does not guarantee approval for Spravato treatment
  • A comprehensive psychiatric evaluation is required before starting treatment
  • Spravato treatment is provided in-office only, in a private and monitored setting
  • Insurance coverage and prior authorization may be required

We will review your current concerns, symptoms, mental health history, and discuss treatment options, including medication when appropriate.

This 30-minute visit is for ongoing medication management and follow-up care for established patients.
During this appointment, we will review your symptoms, response to treatment, and make any necessary medication adjustments.

Please note:
  • This appointment is required for medication refills
  • I do not provide refills between visits
  • Any medication changes require a scheduled appointment
  • You must be physically located in Florida at the time of your telehealth visit

This is the insurance-billed option for adults seeking an ADHD evaluation.
Visit cost: $299 (billed through your insurance, copays and deductibles may apply)
The 60-minute evaluation includes a detailed clinical interview, review of symptoms, and screening tools to assess attention, focus, organization, and impulsivity.
A separate FDA-cleared computerized ADHD assessment is required as part of the evaluation process. This assessment is not typically covered by insurance and is a separate self-pay fee of $175.

Please note:
  • ADHD diagnosis is based on a full clinical evaluation
  • The computerized assessment must be completed before treatment recommendations are finalized
  • Treatment recommendations are based on clinical findings and medical necessity
  • If you prefer to pay cash, our all-inclusive bundle is available under 'ADHD Evaluation Bundle (Self-Pay)' for $375
  • You must be physically located in Florida at the time of your telehealth visit

This 60-minute appointment is for adults seeking treatment for opioid use disorder with Suboxone (buprenorphine).
During this comprehensive evaluation, we will review your opioid use history, current symptoms, prior treatments and discuss whether Suboxone is appropriate for your situation.
This service is for medically stable, outpatient adults only. If you are currently in acute withdrawal, experiencing a medical emergency, or have unstable medical conditions, please go to your nearest emergency room or call 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline).

Please note:
  • I do not provide detox services or inpatient care
  • You must be willing to participate in ongoing follow-up visits
  • Treatment decisions are based on clinical evaluation
  • Initial induction may require an in-office visit
  • This is not a substitute for emergency care
  • You must be physically located in Florida at the time of your telehealth visit

This 60-minute appointment is for adults seeking treatment for alcohol use disorder using naltrexone (oral) or Vivitrol (extended-release injectable naltrexone).
During this comprehensive evaluation, we will discuss your drinking history, current goals, prior treatments, and which medication option may be right for you. I support both sobriety and moderation goals.
This service is for medically stable, outpatient adults only. If you are currently in alcohol withdrawal, experiencing seizures, hallucinations, severe tremors, or any medical emergency, please go to your nearest emergency room immediately. Alcohol withdrawal can be life-threatening.

Please note:
  • I do not provide detox services or inpatient care
  • Vivitrol injections are administered in-office only
  • You must be willing to participate in ongoing follow-up visits
  • Treatment decisions are based on clinical evaluation
  • This is not a substitute for emergency care
  • You must be physically located in Florida at the time of your telehealth visit
