This is a 15 minute lab appointment. Please arrive well hydrated. If you were given a lab kit, please bring with you with (2) frozen ice packs. Please be sure to fill out your consent for collection ahead of your appointment. Make sure you also have your printed order.

This is a lab draw appointment for our established patients.
We have already ordered your labs; please make sure all fees are paid and lab order is ready (if applicable)

LAB VISIT - Mojo and vitality $ 0.00

This lab draw is provided complimentary. Please arrive hydrated with water, fasting, and hold your supplements and medications until after your blood work is collected. Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment. If you are late, we reserve the right to reschedule. ?

This is a 30 minute virtual visit with Karen for those that purchased their mojo lab panel or men's metabolic lab panel.
