Step 2: Receive a Quest Diagnostics requisition form to complete your blood work at a location convenient to you. Please complete prior to appointment (results take 24-48 hours).
Step 3: Meet one on one with our clinician at your scheduled appointment time via telehealth to review lab results and determine a treatment plan that is right for you.
