A nexus report is a detailed medical opinion that explains whether a veteran’s current condition is at least as likely as not connected to their military service. 
These evaluations can often be completed through telehealth, though in some cases an in-person exam may be needed, which can take up to 90 minutes. 
Completion time depends on the complexity and length of the case. Most reports are finished within 3 to 5 days, though more detailed cases may take up to 2 weeks.
Charges: $400 for 1st problem and $100 for each additional problem
