This is the first consultation for Weight Loss Therapy patients. All patients are required to pay a non-refundable $100 consultation fee. This cost is in addition to any services or labs performed. If patient elects to go forward with weight loss medication, this fee will be applied to the first month's prescription cost.
Performed at CrossFit Cygnus. Receive an InBody body composition analysis, thorough results consultation, and a detailed meal plan from a Precision Nutrition certified coach. This is a complimentary service for current weight loss clients. $50 for non-clients.
Performed telephonically. This call will provide information and treatment options for those interested in HRT. Patient will need to consent to a full laboratory blood panel ($200 cost) to proceed with HRT therapy. An in-office consultation will be scheduled after lab results are received.
