Step 1 Of 3

IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE YOU BOOK YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT

If you are a new patient, and you need an appointment ASAP: Book the next available appointment to get you in the system and then email KATHLEEN directly - kathleen@returntomovement.com (this email is checked frequently) and you will likely get an appointment promptly/sooner if desired.

If you are a MEDICARE patient: your primary insurance must be straight Medicare. Medicare will be billed directly (no payment at time of service). HOWEVER, if your primary insurance is a "privatized medicare insurance" like SCAN, Sutter Medicare etc then Kathleen is unable to take you on as a patient. (Kaiser Medicare and UHC Medicare are accepted but Kaiser denies completely and UHC covers partial so there will be out of pocket payments required).

At this time, I do not submit bills to insurance for patients who are under 65 (or not Medicare). I am happy to provide you a super-bill that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
