A comprehensive first appointment focused on reviewing presenting concerns, mental health history, medical history, and treatment goals.  A detailed diagnostic assessment is conducted, and a personalized treatment plan is developed, which may include medication management, therapy recommendations, or both.

Established Patient Follow-up appointments focus on monitoring treatment progress, assessing symptom response, evaluating side effects, and making clinically appropriate medication adjustments. Ongoing diagnostic clarification and supportive therapeutic interventions may be incorporated as indicated. Treatment decisions are guided by safety, effectiveness, and individualized clinical need.
