This is a 15-minute telehealth demonstration session for intramuscular (IM) or subcutaneous (Sub-Q) injections. Please ensure all your supplies are set up and ready, but do not open the alcohol pads to prevent them from drying out. If you have refrigerated medication, take it out at least 2 minute before the session begins. If you do not have a sharps container, use a heavy-duty, puncture-proof plastic bottle with a tight-fitting, screw-on lid as an alternative. Use this container for disposing of used syringes. Do not reuse syringes. Session will begin and end as scheduled.

Follow ups will need to occur every 2-3-months initially, allowing us to track your progress. Once you are at an optimal level of performance and wellness follow up visits can occur every 6 months. These appointments can be conducted via telehealth. Medication dosages will be adjusted according to your individual progress. Medication refills will be authorized according to follow up visits and lab results.

You will receive an email notification to complete a lab request form. Please note that this is not an appointment.
Regular blood tests are necessary to monitor hormone levels, ensure safety, and adjust your treatment plan as needed. Instructions on how to complete your labs will be sent via email. Please be aware that the initial cost is a starting fee; additional panels may be required based on your symptoms and progress.
