Step 1 Of 3

Duration: 10–15 minutes
Format: Audio call
A brief conversation to get to know each other, answer questions about how I work, and screen whether the practice is appropriate for your needs and level of care. This is not a clinical consultation or second opinion.
Duration: 75 minutes
Format: All appointments default to virtual. In-person appointments may be recommended and can be scheduled by provider if requested.

Your first visit is a thorough intake to understand your personal history, current concerns, and treatment goals. We will review your mental health and overall well-being, including symptoms, medications, past treatments, and lifestyle factors, to create a clear, individualized plan for ongoing care. We review an in-dpeth personal as well as family history.

When clinically indicated, we may recommend necessary lab testing?both basic and functional?to guide targeted, integrative treatment strategies. The visit may also include discussion of supplements, lifestyle strategies, and other integrative options relevant to your care plan.
Duration: Two separate appointments scheduled between 1-2 weeks apart.

This 10-minute call is a brief follow-up between appointments for questions or clarifications about recent medication changes, checking in on side effects, or ensuring a new dose adjustment is going well. It is not a replacement for your comprehensive medication check-ins, but a focused touchpoint to address time-sensitive concerns and avoid clinical discussions over email.

Please ensure your phone is accessible at the scheduled time. No-shows or missed calls will still be billed.

This specialized, one-time consultation is designed for individuals or families who feel their current treatment plan isn’t fully addressing their needs and want to explore a more integrative approach. During this session, we conduct a comprehensive review of your history, current medications, and relevant lab or diagnostic information, with a focus on identifying underlying factors that may be influencing symptoms.

You’ll receive personalized, actionable recommendations and next steps to discuss with your current care team. This consultation is highly focused and does not establish ongoing care, making it ideal for those seeking expert guidance on optimizing their treatment plan.

If you decide to continue care with me after this consultation, your comprehensive intake may be waived, and you may proceed directly to standard follow-up visits.

For less complicated cases or for younger children who do not require multiple intakes
A focused, comprehensive check-in for ongoing care. We?ll review your symptoms, review and/or order labs, evaluate how your medications are working, consider side effects, and make adjustments as needed.  This visit may include supportive psychotherapy, discussion of supplements or integrative strategies, and review of basic or functional lab work when clinically indicated to support your overall treatment plan

An extended, comprehensive follow-up designed for in-depth lab review and more complex clinical decision-making. In addition to the elements included in the 30-minute visit, we?ll take dedicated time to thoroughly analyze comprehensive lab results (basic, specialty, or functional), interpret patterns, and integrate findings into your overall treatment plan. This session allows for thoughtful medication adjustments, detailed discussion of contributing factors, and development of a more nuanced, personalized strategy to optimize your care.

This session provides focused, in-depth psychotherapy while incorporating medication management as needed. Designed for clients exploring more complex emotional or behavioral concerns, the extended session time allows for deeper reflection, skill-building, and therapeutic processing, alongside careful review of your medications. Sessions can be scheduled as one-offs for targeted support or on a regular weekly / every-other-week basis to support deeper therapeutic work and continuity of care.
