Medical services require California residency or physical presence in CA. Outside CA? Book a Health Coaching Consult (non-medical).

Financial policy: A non-refundable $135 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This amount is applied toward your visit. Packages are non-refundable once initiated. By proceeding, you agree to our financial policy and cancellation terms.

Intake forms: You'll receive a confirmation email with intake and consent form links. Please complete these at least 24 hours before your visit — appointments may be rescheduled if forms are not received.
