During this in-office weight-loss consultation, we will review your overall health and comprehensive wellness, then provide you with viable and sustainable weight management solutions. Our programs are individualized and tailored for your personal needs through diet, exercise, nutrition, and medications that will support your weight-loss goals.

Basic physical examination for school requirements
Includes Mississippi 121 Form for school registration for school-age children.

Men interested in ?testosterone replacement. Labs will be obtained either during or before your initial consultation.

$150 per month.

Lab results requiring a separate follow-up appointment will be reviewed during a follow-up visit.

Initial consultation required before starting the weight management program. Visit includes evaluation and medical history review. Labs are strongly recommended and ordered for all patients after submission of new patient forms. If results are available at the time of your consultation, they will be reviewed during your visit. If treatment is recommended, payment for medications is due at this visit unless using a retail or direct-pay pharmacy.
