  • No refunds – full payments and deposits are non-refundable
  • Late cancels/missed visits – < 24 business hours = $100 fee; no-shows = full appointment charge

Functional Medicine New Patient - Two Visits Package 45 Min $ 425.00
This package is the best place to start if you’re ready to dive into your health journey. It includes:
  • Visit 1: A 45–60 minute in-person consultation where we take a deep look at your full health history, symptoms, and goals.
  • Visit 2: A 45–60 minute follow-up (scheduled 1–2 weeks later) after your labs are complete. We review your lab results in detail, compare them to your symptoms, and create a personalized treatment plan.
We take our time to uncover the root causes of your health concerns and partner with you to optimize your health.

Important Details
  • Lab fees are not included in the package price.
  • A $100 non-refundable deposit is required at booking and applied to the package fee.
  • The package itself is non-refundable, including any unused portion.

This visit is for established functional medicine patients who have already completed their new patient package. Each 45–60 minute session is designed to:
  • Review labs that were obtained prior to the visit
  • Assess your progress since the last appointment
  • Reevaluate symptoms, lifestyle, and health goals
  • Adjust medications, supplements, or treatment plans as needed
These visits allow us to continue uncovering and addressing root causes, while supporting you step-by-step on your journey to better health.

Functional Medicine Follow-up Visit - Telehealth 45 Min $ 175.00
This visit is for established functional medicine patients who have already completed their new patient package. Each 45–60 minute session is conducted virtually and is designed to:
  • Review labs that were obtained prior to the visit
  • Assess your progress since the last appointment
  • Reevaluate symptoms, lifestyle, and health goals
  • Adjust medications, supplements, or treatment plans as needed
A secure telehealth link will be sent to you prior to your appointment so you can easily log in from home.

Lab Visit 15 Min $ 0.00
This appointment is for established patients who need labs prior to their next scheduled visit. Labs may be billed to insurance or self-pay.
A $25 lab draw fee applies to all lab draws, with or without insurance.

Important Instructions
  • Fasting & Hydration: No food for 8–10 hours before your lab draw. Water only — drink plenty, as proper hydration improves accuracy.
  • Supplements: Stop all supplements (but continue prescription medications) for 4 days prior to your lab draw.
  • Thyroid medication & hormone replacement: Do not take or apply within 4 hours before your lab draw.
IV Clinic 45 Min $ 0.00

This is for clients who are not already patients of Vytal Living, who desire to participate in the IV and Acupuncture sessions.
This is an exam to obtain basic medical information, perform a basic exam and obtain baseline labs.
Comprehensive Wellness Visit (PC) 60 Min $ 175.00
This visit is for established patients only and is focused on prevention and long-term health. It is a dedicated time to review your overall wellness, update your medical history, and ensure age-appropriate screenings and preventive care are in place.
During this visit we will:
  • Review your health history and current concerns
  • Discuss age-appropriate screenings and preventive recommendations
  • Provide education on lifestyle, nutrition, and healthy habits to support long-term wellness
Important Details
  • Labs are required but are not included in the visit fee.
  • Please schedule a Wellness Lab Visit at least 3 business days prior so results are available for review.
  • This visit is preventive and is not intended for new or urgent medical concerns.

Comprehensive Wellness + Well Woman Exam (PC) 60 Min $ 325.00
This visit is for established patients only. New patients in need of this service should first schedule a Primary Care – New Patient Establish Care appointment.

This comprehensive visit combines a preventive wellness exam with a well woman exam in a single appointment. It is designed to review your overall health, update your history, and address women’s preventive care needs.

During this visit we will:
  • Review your health history and current concerns
  • Discuss age-appropriate screenings and preventive recommendations
  • Provide education on lifestyle, nutrition, and long-term wellness
  • Perform a pelvic and breast exam
  • Complete a pap smear and HPV testing (labs may be billed to insurance or self-pay; not included in visit fee)
  • Provide mammogram and/or DEXA scan orders if indicated

  • Please schedule a Wellness Lab Visit at least 3 business days prior so results are available for review.

This visit is for established patients only. New patients in need of a well woman exam should first schedule a Primary Care – New Patient Establish Care appointment.

This visit is focused on women’s preventive health and includes:
  • Pelvic and breast exam
  • Pap smear and HPV testing (labs may be billed to insurance or self-pay; not included in visit fee)
  • Preventive women’s health counseling
  • Mammogram and/or DEXA scan order if indicated
Important Details
  • Bloodwork is not required for this visit.
  • This is a gynecologic exam only and is not a comprehensive wellness visit.
  • Well woman prevention will be discussed during the visit.
  • This visit is not for hormone replacement therapy (HRT). If you are seeking HRT, please schedule a Functional Medicine New Patient – Two Visit Package or a Functional Medicine Follow-Up Visit if you are already established.
