Telehealth appointments are available to eligible patients in states where the provider is licensed. You must be physically located in an eligible state at the time of your telehealth appointment.

A valid credit card is required on file to reserve your appointment. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice or missed appointments may be subject to a $75 late-cancellation/no-show fee.
