A credit card is required to reserve your appointment. Your card will not be charged at booking. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice or missed appointments will be charged a $50 cancellation/no-show fee.
Medical weight-loss consultation for new patients interested in GLP-1 therapy and metabolic care. During this visit, we review your medical history and goals and determine whether you are an appropriate candidate for treatment.
A consultation is required before enrollment in any program. If you enroll the same day, the consultation fee will be applied toward your first month.
This visit is available for new patients who need evaluation for a new, minor health concern.
Appropriate for conditions such as: • Urinary tract infections • Upper respiratory infections • Minor skin concerns • Mild gastrointestinal symptoms • Medication-related questions
This service is not appropriate for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing chest pain, shortness of breath, severe abdominal pain, neurological symptoms, or any urgent emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
Acute visits are limited to one concern per appointment.
This visit does not include controlled substance prescribing.
