This is for ESTABLISHED patients only. If you book this appointment as a new patient, your appointment will be cancelled. This appointment is for the initial functional medicine assessment only and forms must be completed prior to the appointment

Complex Functional Medicine Lab Review 45 Min

This is for ESTABLISHED patients who have already completed a Functional Medicine Assessment and have some or all of their lab results back. This appointment is to review more complex labs such as Vector Borne Diseases, Genetics, Neurotransmitters or Urine organic acids.

Premium Functional Medicine Lab Review 45 Min

This is for ESTABLISHED patients who have already completed a Functional Medicine Assessment involving 3 or more labs. This appointment is the first of two 60 minute appointments. When booking the second appointment, please reach out to our assistant to get your child on the schedule.

Basic Functional Medicine Lab Review (stool testing, mold, metals, food allergies) 45 Min

This is for ESTABLISHED patients who have already completed a Functional Medicine Assessment and have some or all of their lab results back. This appointment is NOT to review more complex labs such as Vector Borne Diseases, Genetics, Neurotransmitters or Urine organic acids.
