Insurance is not accepted.
All office visit are $220 with our nurse practitioners. Office visits with Dr. Freeland are $320.

Please note: There will be a $100 fee for same day cancellations or no-shows.
You will be required to input a credit card to book the appointment. The credit card will not be billed until the appointment.
You will need to present a card at time of appointment in order to pay. There is a 3% processing fee for credit card payments, so you are welcome to bring cash if preferred.
We request that you only book for 2 siblings per day. If you book more than 2 siblings, appointment will be manually cancelled.
