Botox injection appointment

This is a consultation for neurotoxin (Botox, Dysport, Xeomin) and filler (Juvaderm, Restylane products). We will determine your treatment plan and inject the same day, if you wish.   Through this consultation, we will discuss your goals, budget, and formulate a treatment plan, as well as a cost estimate for each service in the treatment plan.  If you decide to proceed with treatment, the full $100 consultation fee will be applied to your treatment plan.
