We take your blood and spin it down, then separate the platelet rich fibrin (PRF) from the red blood cells. PRF has a ton of growth factors to create more collagen and we inject it under the eye. Several vials of PRF are kept cold in a device as well as vials in a warmer then the syringes connect to mix the 2 together creating a gel.
