  • New clients — ADHD already documented with supporting evidence: $75 monthly or $190 for three months 
    • In office initial visit and review of ADHD documentation for diagnosis confirmation 
    • Prescription management (stimulant or non-stimulant) if appropriate
    • One follow up Tele-Med video visit 
    • Email correspondence as needed
ADHD Ruby Initial 60 Min $ 95.00
  • New clients — no prior ADHD documentation: $95 monthly or $250 for three months 
    • Full initial in office assessment for ADHD
    • Diagnosis and treatment planning (DSM-5 criteria required to meet)
    • Prescription management (stimulant or non-stimulant) if diagnosis supported
    • Email correspondence as needed
    • One follow up Tele-Med video visit 
    • Please note: If ADHD diagnosis is NOT supported per DSM-5 in the initial visit, there is no refund and medication will not be prescribed.
ADHD Emerald- Established 30 Min $ 60.00
  • Established clients — follow-up every three months (DEA requirement for controlled substances): $60 monthly or $150 for three months
    • Required follow-up tele-med visit for controlled medication continuation/adjustment
    • One follow up Tele-Med video visit 
    • Ongoing email correspondence as needed
