We take HSA, FSA, Cherry Credit and other pay as you go options as well. 

If you want to use our insurance services we take Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, United Health Care and HealthChoice at this time for SOME services. 

 

A $50 deposit is required to book your appointment.
This deposit will be applied toward your visit or medication cost. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not show for your appointment. Thank you for your understanding.
