Please note that appointments scheduled via online may change by 15 minutes before or after your scheduled time. The office will confirm your appointment time with you.

In the profile section that states "Reason For Visit Or Comments (Optional)" please enter your MCA patient ID number and if you are a veteran.
If you do not have your MCA patient ID number, please apply at OneStop.md.gov You will received your number within 48 hours. Thank you!

MD Initial Certification ONLINE booking 30 Min $ 150.00

We are happy to have you as a Cannabis Physicians patient! You are scheduling for your Maryland Initial Certification. Cost for a 30 minute telehealth and active certification is $150. Once you have scheduled, a member of our team will call you within 5 minutes to confirm, send you the necessary intake forms and take payment. Please have your payment (any major credit card or debit) current driver's license or other state ID and MCA patient ID number available. We require a picture of your driver's license.
Discounts are available as follows:
Veterans with ID $22 Industry with ID $50 (badge or paystub) Senior citizens $125

MD Renewal ONLINE Booking 15 Min $ 80.00

We are happy to have you as a Cannabis Physicians patient! You are scheduling for your Maryland Certification Renewal. Cost for a 15 minute telehealth and active certification is $80. Once you have scheduled, a member of our team will call you within 5 minutes to confirm, send you the necessary intake forms and take payment. Please have your payment (any major credit card or debit) current driver's license or other state ID and MCA patient ID number available. We require a picture of your driver's license.
