Step 1 Of 3

Personalized Perimenopause & Menopause Care — Now In-Person on Saturdays

You deserve more than 7 minutes and a white coat.

Perimenopause and menopause aren’t one-time events—they’re transitions.
Our care adapts as your needs change, with no one-size-fits-all approach.

We care for women 35 and up—especially those told to “wait until menopause” before getting help. Unlike many hormone clinics, we treat perimenopause, with individualized hormone therapy when needed, including estradiol, progesterone, and testosterone.

If you’re not sure whether hormone therapy (HRT) is right for you, the best first step is to schedule a consultation. We’ll review your symptoms, goals, and medical history, and walk you through all your options — including both hormonal and non-hormonal treatments.

Important to Know

  • This isn’t a quick fix—some feel better within days, others take longer. We’re here for the long term.

  • Prescriptions are sent to your pharmacy—you can use your insurance (most medications are covered)

  • Labs can be done through insurance or at discounted cash rates.

  • Superbills available for out-of-network reimbursement.

  • An in-person visit is required before starting testosterone. You can have a video consultation first to discuss or choose to begin with an in-person visit. If you start with a video visit and decide to proceed with testosterone, we’ll help you schedule an in-person appointment—it doesn’t have to be on a Saturday.
  • Labs are required prior to starting testosterone, but these are ordered after your consultation.
For current members. Check in on symptoms, adjust treatment, review labs, or ask questions.
