All visits are cash-pay and billed prior to your appointment. Most transactions are completed through our secure patient portal. New patients will receive a link to set up portal access after booking, where payment and visit details can be completed safely and securely.

These visits are used to adjust insulin settings, review CGM trends, troubleshoot highs/lows, and answer ongoing questions. Follow-ups are tailored to what you need that day — nothing is rushed.

This package includes an initial consultation plus four follow-up visits spaced throughout the year. It’s ideal for patients who want ongoing guidance, insulin adjustments, and a provider who understands the day-to-day realities of living with diabetes.

A comprehensive telehealth visit focused on your diabetes (type 1 or type 2) and real-life needs.
This visit is primarily a conversation — we’ll review your history, CGM or pump data, current insulin plan, and what’s been hardest for you lately. Together, we’ll create a personalized care plan that fits your life, not just your numbers.

  • 60-75 minute secure video visit
  • No referral required
  • You do not need to be in crisis to book
  • Ideal for adults with Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes seeking ongoing or one-time support

There is no obligation for follow-up visits — you’re welcome to book once or continue care as needed.
