All appointments are subject to practice approval and are associated with a $20 non-refundable deposit for non-membership holders at the time of booking. The deposit will be applied toward your appointment charge at the time of your visit. Please monitor your text and/or email for confirmation within 24 hours of your booking. This is a patient's first visit to the clinic and may take 60-90 minutes. We will review a comprehensive patient history, family history, discuss concerns and complaints, signs and symptoms, perform a focused physical exam, and establish an individualized treatment plan or further evaluation. The consultation fee excludes the cost of any additional testing like labwork or imaging, medications and treatments. This visit must be booked in-person only.
