Established Patient Follow - Up (Telemedicine) 15 Min
Meet with a licensed provider to review your progress, discuss any side effects or changes, and adjust your treatment plan as needed. Your provider will also review lab results (if applicable), assess medication response, and provide guidance to help you stay on track toward your goals.
