Acute sickness office visit 

This can be used once per quarter in conjunction with each members membership. 

IV Appointment with Provider Includes:

• Provider evaluation and visit fee
• One IV boost (Immunity, Lean, Energy, etc.) — excludes Myers’ Cocktail
• 1,000 mL Normal Saline infusion
• Appointments last approx 45 min-1 hour
