This is the starting point of your health journey with us. During this 30-minute appointment with a clinical staff member, we will:

• Review your health history
• Check your vitals
• Perform an InBody body composition scan
• Draw fasting labs
• Provide education on the next steps in your care

Fasting Instructions: Please fast for 8–10 hours prior to your appointment. Water and black coffee are okay. Continue taking your normal medication as prescribed. STOP BIOTIN for THREE full days prior. 

Please bring a copy of your current medications (or a list) with you!
