Need additional time to review lab results or treatment options in more detail
Are seeking clarification before starting or adjusting a treatment plan
Would like a second consultation prior to moving forward with care
Scheduling this visit ensures there is dedicated time to thoroughly address your concerns without rushing or impacting your existing appointment. This visit may be scheduled separately from your pre-existing appointment and may involve additional fees based on time and complexity. You are an existing patient
You have previously received pellet therapy with our practice
Your most recent labs have been completed and reviewed
You have been medically cleared for your next insertion
New patients or patients without reviewed labs must schedule a consultation first and are not eligible to book this appointment online. Appointments scheduled without meeting the above criteria may be canceled or rescheduled to the appropriate visit type.
