This appointment requires a non-refundable/not transferrable deposit of $150 which covers your initial evaluation and review of medical history. The $150 deposit can be applied to any treatment plan or medication.

In Office Lab Draw 30 Min

Please be sure you are fasting for 8-12 hours, and drink 2 glasses of water prior to your appointment. Also, if you take any supplements with biotin, please do not take that one week prior, as it can obscure your results. The labs are highly discounted cost price, and will be 200-250.00 depending on what is ordered. The cost is due at the time of the visit. Thank you!
