A new patient consult fee will be applied toward treatment services. The cost of services is individualized to each patient depending on the type of plan selected.

During this consult, you and your nurse practitioner will discuss your health concerns, potential blood work and treatment options you are interested in regarding medical weight loss and peptide therapy. A $50.00 deposit is required to book the consult. 

If your appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, a $50.00 cancellation fee will apply.

Follow up visits are free of charge and are included in your prescribed treatment and management plan. Frequency varies per client/patient as determined by the plan desired

 Established client/patient after initial consult appt: To discuss treatment plan, go over any lab work and answer questions. The cost of services will depend on the type of service or treatment plan desired
