We are pleased to offer a telehealth option for patients booking appointments at our TRT and Weight Loss clinic in Georgia. This convenient service is available to individuals who meet the following criteria:
-Residency: Must reside in Georgia. -Recent Labs: Labs will be needed. A copy of lab results from the past 90 days can be used for new patients. If you do not have recent lab results, you can either visit a LabCorp facility, or we can send an order to a lab facility for you to go and get labs. -Technology Requirements: Since the appointment will take place via video call, patients must have access to a smartphone or a device with video capabilities.
The telehealth option allows you to receive the support you need from the comfort of your home while ensuring compliance with our clinic's requirements. If you have questions or need assistance with scheduling, feel free to reach out!

Who should select this service: Select this option for a preventative health review and personalized screening plan. Basic labs are included: Complete blood count (CBC), comprehensive metabolic panel (CMP), Lipid panel (Cholesterol), Vitamin D, Hemoglobin A1C, and Thyroid (TSH) ***Additional labs will be additional costs.
What to Expect: Health History Review: You will be asked about your medical history, lifestyle, and any concerns you may have. Physical Exam: A thorough checkup where your overall health is evaluated. Vital Signs Check: You will have your blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, oxygen level, height, weight, and other essential metrics measured. Basic Labs: Routine labs to monitor key health indicators.

Please bring any medication that you are taking (prescribed or that you buy over the counter) with you to your appointment. Please complete all documents and forms uploaded in your patient portal prior to arrival.
