30 minute NET session and 45 minute acupuncture session.  Established patients only

Weighted forks are utilized on the body to treat and manage pain, connective tissue concerns, joint problems, tension in muscles, and nerve issues. The weight of the forks allows for a stronger vibration to enter the body and penetrate the bone and muscle. It stimulates the release of Nitric Oxide, a gas in our blood known to reduce inflammation and support blood flow. During this session we will utilize a combination of Tuning Forks next to your ears and weighted forks on parts of your body depending on your needs and concerns. Each session can be modified and tailored to your exact needs at each appointment.  

Tuning Fork Protocol based on your needs, followed with a Chakra Balancing to clear any blockages from the energetic body to allow energy to flow more freely, resulting in fewer mental, emotional, and physical symptoms. Then we will finish with a mini Sound Bath.

This is the initial Sound and Vibrational Therapy appointment required for anyone who hasn't already received a sound healing treatment. This initial session gives us additional time to go over the different modalities that can be used in your treatments and explain how this modality can support your health and wellness. Ample time is given to answer any questions you may have. During this session you will also receive a Tuning Fork Protocol, Chakra Balancing, and a mini Sound Bath. Sound and vibrational therapies are complementary healing modalities that restore the balance of energy in the body, mind, and spirit. They are based on the science that all living things have an energy field, and when it's out of balance, it can cause disease, emotional stress, and pain. The goal of sound and vibrational therapy is to balance the flow of energy in the patient to reduce stress, inflammation and anxiety, and promote well-being. 

Tuning Fork Protocol (see Tuning Fork Therapy for more details) with Chakra Balancing focuses on clearing any blockages from the energetic body to allow energy to flow more freely, resulting in fewer mental, emotional, and physical symptoms.  

This technique utilizes himalayan bowls on the body to identify which areas of the body are not vibrating at the frequency that they should be. The act of vibrating the bowls in a repeated pattern will improve your internal vibration, helping you return to resonating at the authentic frequency for you. 

This is a technique that utilizes breathwork and vibration from himalayan bowls placed on the body to shift limiting beliefs, trapped emotions, stored trauma, feelings of guilt and shame from the areas of survival up into the areas of healing and transformation. 

This appointment is for anyone who has not already received a tuning fork session. There are many protocols available to support your wellness with Tuning Forks; they include but are not limited to: Nervous System Balance and Well Being, Motivation, Increasing Creativity, Life Direction, Tinnitus, Calming Anxiety, Dreaming, Quality Sleep, Digestive Balance, Grounding, Loss/Grief with Anger, Loss/Grief with Overthinking. 

Tuning Fork sessions are quick, lasting between 20-25 minutes, and can be done lying comfortably on a heated table or sitting in a chair; whichever you prefer.
