This is your first visit where we review your health history, body composition, and weight loss goals. Your provider will determine the best treatment plan for you, which may include appetite suppressants, GLP-1 medications, GLP-1/GIP medications, injections, or other supportive therapies. Baseline labs are required to start medical weight loss treatment and will be drawn at this appointment.
This is a progress visit to track your weight loss results and continue your program without seeing the provider. We’ll check your weight, vitals, and how you're feeling on your treatment. Continued treatment may require labs to be drawn. DO NOT SCHEDULE IF YOU NEED TO SEE THE PROVIDER FOR A NEW PRESCRIPTION, SIDE EFFECTS, OR REQUESTS TO CHANGE YOUR TREATMENT PLAN.

Medication refills and dose adjustments are completed if appropriate. These labs are required after starting or adjusting therapy and are necessary to continue treatment.
