What could cause you to not be a candidate for the InMode device?Morpheus8V (RF Microneedling – Vaginal)Contraindications:
- Active vaginal infection (yeast, BV, herpes, etc.)
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding
- Pacemaker or implanted electrical device
- History of keloids or poor wound healing
- Recent vaginal surgery (wait at least 6–12 weeks and get clearance)
- Metal implants in the treatment area (IUDs are okay)
- Current use of blood thinners (discuss risk of bruising)
- Uncontrolled autoimmune disorders
FormaV (RF Vaginal Rejuvenation)Contraindications:
- Pregnancy
- Active vaginal or pelvic infection
- Vaginal bleeding of unknown origin
- Pacemaker or implanted defibrillator
- Severe prolapse (Grade 3–4)
- Metal IUDs (check manufacturer safety, though often safe if not in the path of RF)
- History of pelvic or gynecologic cancer (needs oncologist clearance)
Vtone (Pelvic Floor EMS – Intravaginal)Contraindications:
- Pregnancy
- Vaginal or pelvic infection
- Implanted pacemaker or defibrillator
- Metal IUD or vaginal mesh (dependent on type and location)
- Active pelvic pain disorder (unless treating under supervision)
- Immediately postpartum (wait 6–8 weeks or until cleared)
Tone (External EMS for Core/Glutes)Contraindications:
- Pregnancy
- Implanted electronic devices (e.g., pacemakers, neurostimulators)
- Metal implants in the area being treated
- Epilepsy
- Abdominal or gluteal hernia
- Recent surgery to the abdomen or gluteal area (wait at least 6–8 weeks or get surgical clearance)
