A valid credit card is required to book. No-shows or cancellations under 24 hours incur a $50 fee.

This appointment is for patients beginning the Wellness Culture weight loss program. Our approach focuses on reducing body fat while protecting lean muscle and supporting long-term metabolic health.
The goal of this visit is to understand how your body is currently functioning so a plan can be built intentionally — not guessed. We will review your health history, symptoms, goals, and previous weight loss attempts, and evaluate hunger patterns, energy, sleep, activity level, and daily habits that influence progress.
You will receive education on how to lose weight without slowing metabolism or sacrificing muscle. Nutrition structure, movement targets, and lifestyle strategies will be outlined for sustainable results. When appropriate, medication options may be discussed as a supportive tool alongside behavior and habit change.

The value of this appointment is $50 and may be applied as a credit toward medications or services if you choose to proceed with treatment. 
This program is self-pay and not covered by insurance. Payment is due at the time of service and ongoing care will be set up as recurring payments.
Missed appointments or late cancellations will forfeit the deposit.
This In Office appointment is for established patients continuing the Wellness Culture weight loss program. Please complete your follow-up questionnaire prior to your visit so your progress can be properly evaluated.
The focus of this visit is not only tracking progress, but understanding how your body is responding so your plan can be intentionally adjusted rather than guessed.
We will review hunger patterns, energy, recovery, training tolerance, sleep, and adherence to identify what is driving progress or slowing it down. Nutrition, activity targets, and lifestyle strategies will be refined to continue fat loss while protecting lean muscle and metabolic function. When appropriate, medication dosing may also be adjusted to support steady, sustainable results and prevent plateaus.
