Cancellation Policy

At Ageless Units, we value your time and appreciate your trust in us. To provide the best experience for all of our clients, we kindly ask that you give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a $50 fee. If a $50 deposit was made at the time of booking, that deposit will be forfeited and applied toward the cancellation fee. New Patient (Medical Weight Loss) Consultation

This appointment is a thorough medical examination in which you and our health care provider will review your medical history, discuss your goals and help create a personalized weight loss plan to help you achieve your goals. We have several options including injectable GLP-1 weight loss medications and oral prescription medications. If approved for our medical weight loss program we follow you through your weight loss journey with our health care provider available to answer any questions and concerns that you may have.

Existing Patient (In-Person Visit) Medical Weight Loss

This is an in-person follow-up appointment for clients who are already enrolled and actively participating in our medical weight loss program.

Existing Client (Virtual/Telehealth Visit) Medical Weight Loss

This is a telemedicine follow-up appointment for clients who are already established and actively participating in our medical weight loss program.
