The upfront charge is for your copay. $49.99 is held toward this at the time of booking. We bill your insurance afterwards for the remaining balance. If there’s a balance after the insurance pays their portion, or if the insurance declines to pay, we bill the card you used in booking the appointment for the balance. If no insurance information is provided, we bill the card provided for the self-pay equivalent amount ($84.99)
