Serenity mental healthcare PLLC is focused on providing excellent mental healthcare depending on a client’s needs. The provider will help clients the best way possible using a holistic approach with treatment plan tailored to patients’ goals. Accepting new clients for initial evaluation(All new patients), medication management and mental health counseling. We are committed to quality care for the clients, including safety as a priority. Our goal is to reduce any barriers to access to mental health services.
While all our clients have some needs that are similar, each client has different life encounters that may impede their mental health and successful independent living. We are involved in any aspect of our clients’ lives that is having a negative effect on their health and success. By identifying and assisting our clients address all barriers they experience that create stressors, or trigger symptoms, we can assist our clients develop all the skills they need for their personal success.
Tele health is secure and convenient for clients. Tele video scheduled appointments are done using HIPAA compliant platforms allowing clients to follow up with provider from any location of convenience. The benefit and effectiveness of telehealth enables focusing on one’s mental health while maintaining a busy day to day lifestyle. Mental health care offered to clients while at home or any other location through video conference all over Washington state. We accept patients who are 12 years and above.
How to get prepared for a telehealth appointment
1. Fill out all the paperwork before your appointment. Find all the forms in the patient portal.
2. Check your internet 10-15 minutes before your appointment and test email link is opening.
3. Reminders of the appointment will be sent to you by email and texts days prior to your appointment.
We accept insurance coverage and cash pay including ,most credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover) for payment.

Initial comprehensive psychiatric evaluation (for new patients 45-60 minutes, $250 for 45-60 minutes and $300 for 60-90 minutes, based on time and complexity.

20–30-minute medication management follow-up appointment ($150)

Additional 30 minutes follow-up appointment: this is an option if more time is needed for individual therapy and to discuss medication regimen in greater detail is $ 150.

We do not want missed appointment fees to be an impediment to your care and so we ask for your mutual respect. When you make an appointment, we block out our schedule for you and ask that you exercise the same consideration when planning your calendar. As a courtesy to my other patients and to me, please provide adequate notice (24 business hours) if you need to cancel an appointment.
There will be a $50 cancellation fee charged to your card on file for any cancellations within 24 hours.
