Step 1 Of 3

Deposit Information:
A $50 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your service. If you’re not a candidate for the service, don’t worry – your deposit may be applied to a different treatment or products.

Cancellation Policy:
Life happens, and we completely understand! To avoid a $50 cancellation fee, appointments must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance (by 3:00 PM Friday for Monday visits). Weight management sessions or procedures lasting one hour or longer require one week’s notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Changes made with less than one week’s notice will result in a $300 fee. If you are sick or traveling, we are happy to offer a telehealth visit as an alternative if applicable.
No shows are charged 100% of the appointment.

Payment and Credit Card on File:
All clients are required to keep a credit card on file.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation – we can’t wait to see you!

P-Shot (Priapus Shot)The P-Shot is a non-surgical treatment that uses platelet-rich plasma (PRP) derived from your own blood to support male sexual wellness. PRP contains growth factors that may help improve blood flow, sensitivity, and overall tissue health in the treated area. This procedure is commonly used by men seeking support for erectile function, performance, and confidence. Results vary by individual, and the P-Shot is intended to support sexual wellness, not to replace medical evaluation or treatment by a primary care provider, urologist, or emergency care.

O-Shot (Orgasm Shot)The O-Shot is a regenerative sexual wellness treatment for women that utilizes platelet-rich plasma (PRP) from your own blood, injected into specific areas to support tissue health, sensitivity, and sexual response. Patients may seek the O-Shot to enhance arousal, improve orgasmic response, or address concerns such as decreased sensation or vaginal discomfort. As with all regenerative therapies, individual results vary, and this treatment is not a substitute for routine gynecologic care, primary care, or emergency medical services.
