How it works:
1. Select the consultation that best fits your needs below.
2. After booking, you will receive an email to set up your secure patient portal and complete required intake forms.
3. Complete your visit and receive individualized clinical recommendations.
4. If appropriate, you may choose to continue care through a membership or 3-month treatment package.
Important booking info: ~ Payment is required at time of booking.
~ If you enroll in a membership or 3-month care package within 30 days, your consultation fee is credited toward your first month.
~ If not, the consultation remains a standalone, non-refundable medical service. ~ Consultation appointments must be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full visit fee.
