Step 1 Of 3

Welcome to Be Well Collaborative

We offer personalized, telehealth-based care designed to support both mental health and overall wellness. Whether you’re seeking medication management, weight optimization, or a more comprehensive functional psychiatry approach, our services are tailored to meet you where you are.  Be Well Collaborative does not prescribe controlled substances, including but not limited to stimulant medications and benzodiazepines. Our approach focuses on thoughtful, individualized care using evidence-based alternatives to support long-term mental and overall wellness.

New patients may schedule a complimentary 15-minute consultation or book an initial appointment to explore a personalized approach to care. Established patients may conveniently schedule follow-up appointments to continue and refine their treatment plan.

We look forward to working with you!

Disclaimer
For patients pursuing a functional psychiatry evaluation, additional laboratory testing is often recommended to support a comprehensive assessment. These labs are optional and not always required; however, when utilized, typical out-of-pocket costs may range from approximately $500–$1,000, depending on individual needs. Specific recommendations and costs will be discussed with you during your initial functional evaluation.

We provide non-emergency outpatient telehealth care. If you are in crisis or need urgent help, call or text 988, call 911, or go to the nearest emergency room.
Submitting a booking request does not guarantee scheduling, treatment, prescribing, or acceptance into care. Appointments are confirmed after review by Be Well.
