Our Medical Companion Service is designed to provide trusted, supportive assistance to help individuals remain safe, independent, and confident in their own homes and throughout healthcare visits.
Medical Companion Support (Non-Clinical):We offer accompaniment to medical appointments to provide emotional support, assist with transportation, and help you stay organized. During visits, our companion may take notes at your request to help you recall information discussed with your healthcare provider. This service does not include medical advice, clinical interpretation, diagnosis, or treatment and does not replace communication with your licensed healthcare provider.
Safe and reliable transportation to and from appointments is provided to ensure a comfortable, calm, and stress-free experience.
In-Home Non-Medical Support Services:We also provide hourly, non-medical assistance in the home for you or your loved one, including:

• General check-ins and companionship
• Assistance with activities of daily living (non-hands-on, non-medical)
• Medication organization or pill setup as directed by the client or caregiver (no medication administration or clinical oversight)
• Light housekeeping or tidying
• Errands and household support
• Minor handyman tasks related to safety and comfort in the home

These services are intended to support independence and aging in place and do not include skilled nursing care, medical assessment, or emergency services.
If a requested task falls outside our scope, we are happy to provide referrals to trusted community resources or professionals who can assist further.
Pricing:

• $50.00 per hour

Please contact us directly if you anticipate the appointment or service will exceed one hour. We can arrange extended timeframes to appropriately cover transportation, wait times, and visit duration.

During your virtual visit, we can assess and treat a wide range of sudden illnesses and minor health concerns, including sinus infections, urinary tract infections, coughs, common skin rashes, musculoskeletal issues, and many other common acute conditions.
If needed, your provider can order laboratory tests—with full interpretation—and send prescriptions directly to your preferred pharmacy. Labs and medications are billed separately by the lab and pharmacy, keeping your visit cost simple and transparent.
Please note that we do not prescribe narcotics or controlled substances and do not treat chronic pain.
If imaging is recommended—such as X-rays, CT scans, or ultrasounds—we will place electronic orders through Radiology Ltd. or a direct radiology center. Imaging centers will bill you directly for their services and radiology interpretation, with payment options including cash, debit/credit card, or your health insurance.

We utilize Lilly Direct and NovoCare Pharmacy to help patients access the lowest available pricing for Wegovy, Zepbound, and Ozempic when appropriate.
Please note:The Monthly Weight Loss Program fee covers your medical visit, prescription management, and ongoing coaching only.It does not include the cost of medication.
Medication is paid directly to the pharmacy and is completely separate from Molander Medical’s program fees.
Based on your diagnosis, insurance status, and eligibility through Lilly Direct or NovoCare, current medication pricing typically ranges from $149–$249 per month, paid directly to the pharmacy. Pricing is determined by the pharmacy, not Molander Medical.
You may also choose to have your prescription sent to any pharmacy of your choice.

Our local concierge medical service delivers thorough, in-home medical support whenever and wherever you need it, allowing you to skip the waiting room and connect directly with an experienced, licensed Nurse Practitioner. Each  visit is billed at $89 per half-hour, giving you dedicated, uninterrupted time focused entirely on your health. During this appointment, our skilled Nurse Practitioner conducts a comprehensive head-to-toe assessment, addresses acute concerns or ongoing wellness needs, and ensures your care plan is safe, effective, and tailored specifically to you.
Our concierge services include acute care visits with same-day assessments and treatment for sudden illnesses—including respiratory infections, allergies, sinus issues, migraines, gastrointestinal concerns, UTIs, skin reactions, coughs, bronchitis, mild pneumonia, sore throat, strep, flu symptoms, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea—with point-of-care tests provided when appropriate. We also offer wellness and weight-loss consultations, care coordination with your primary care provider or specialists, lab orders and prescription management, and ongoing support for minor injuries such as laceration follow-up, suture or staple removal, and evaluation of joint or muscle problems including sprains, strains, neck or back discomfort, Plantar Fasciitis, and other non-narcotic musculoskeletal flare-ups. We can also submit orders for Durable Medical Equipment and perform home safety recommendations for you or your loved one who wants to stay in their home and be as independent as possible. 
 Laboratory testing and imaging can be ordered and interpreted, with prescriptions sent directly to your preferred pharmacy; labs, medications, and imaging services are billed separately for complete cost transparency.
