TLC Healthcare Solutions – Cancellation Policy

At TLC Healthcare Solutions, we are committed to providing exceptional care and service to all of our clients. In order to maintain the highest standards of care and ensure availability for all who need our services, we kindly ask that you observe the following cancellation policy:

Appointment Cancellations

  • We require at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee of  $50.00 dollars

  • No-shows without prior notice may result in a full appointment fee being charged.

How to Cancel

  • You may cancel or reschedule your appointment by calling us at 959-301-9606 or emailing us at [email protected].

  • Please include your name, appointment date/time, and reason for cancellation.

Exceptions

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise. Exceptions to this policy will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Repeated Cancellations

Clients with a pattern of missed or late cancellations may be required to prepay for future appointments or may be placed on a standby list for future bookings.
