Step 1 Of 3

Scheduling Your Appointment

Thank you for your interest in care with us. We’re honored you’re here.

At this time, all appointments are offered virtually via secure telehealth so you can receive care from the comfort and privacy of your own space.

Insurance or Private Pay
When submitting your appointment request, please let us know whether you plan to use insurance or prefer private pay.

  • Insurance claims are processed through Headway, depending on your specific plan and eligibility.

  • If choosing private pay, rates will be reviewed with you prior to confirming your appointment.

Card on File
A valid debit or credit card is required to be securely kept on file for all appointments.
Your card will not be charged at the time of scheduling. If applicable, payment (copay, deductible, coinsurance, or private pay fee) is processed only after your visit.

How You Found Us
We would also love to know how you heard about us — whether through a provider referral, social media, Google, a friend, or a community event.

We look forward to supporting you.

Follow-up visits are focused appointments to monitor progress, review response to treatment, and address any new or ongoing mental health concerns. These visits include assessment of current symptoms, medication effectiveness and side effects, adherence, safety, and functional status. Adjustments to the treatment plan may be made as clinically indicated. Supportive interventions, brief psychotherapy, lifestyle and wellness strategies, and coordination of care with other providers may also be provided to support continued improvement and overall stability.
The initial evaluation is a comprehensive assessment designed to understand the individual?s mental health concerns, medical history, and overall functioning. This visit includes a detailed review of presenting symptoms, psychiatric and medical history, current medications, substance use (if applicable), psychosocial factors, and relevant lifestyle contributors. A mental status examination and safety assessment are completed. Based on this information, a preliminary diagnosis and personalized treatment plan are developed, which may include medication management, therapy recommendations, lifestyle and wellness strategies, and coordination of care with other providers as needed.
