Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

To respect the time of both our clients and staff, we require a minimum of 24 hours' advance notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. This policy is strictly enforced and applies to all scheduled appointments. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
This is a 15-minute virtual follow-up appointment to check in on your progress, address any concerns, and adjust your care plan as needed.
This is a 30 minute in-office or telehealth appointment conducted via secure video call. During this session, we will complete an initial assessment to better understand how you're feeling, what you're currently experiencing, and determine the best path forward for your care
