A $150 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment.
2. Complete Recommended Lab Work
Based on your history and symptoms, targeted lab testing may be recommended to help uncover underlying imbalances and root causes.
3. Attend Your Comprehensive Follow-Up
We will review your lab results in depth and discuss a personalized treatment strategy tailored to your body and goals.
4. Begin Your Personalized Treatment Plan
Your care plan may include targeted supplementation, nutrition and lifestyle recommendations, hormone or peptide support, and ongoing clinical guidance.
5. Continue Care Through Targeted Check-Ins or a Membership Program
Ongoing care is supported through targeted follow-up visits for protocol adjustments, prescription refills, and progress monitoring, or through one of our membership programs for more comprehensive, high-touch support and long-term wellness optimization.

Appointments scheduled outside of regular availability, including Saturdays, may incur an additional $50 convenience fee.

Payment & Insurance
Lumae Functional Health is a cash-pay practice and does not bill insurance directly. Payment is due at the time of service.
We are happy to provide a superbill that patients may submit to insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
HSA and FSA cards are accepted.
