• medication refills for stable conditions

Prescriptions can be sent electronically to your pharmacy when appropriate.

Please complete all intake forms prior to your appointment to maximize our time together and ensure a seamless experience.

Follow-up Virtual Visit $ 75.00

Designed for ongoing management of established conditions, this visit allows review of symptoms, lab results, and medication adjustments. For multiple or complex concerns, an extended session may be scheduled to ensure thorough care. Secure messaging between visits is included for continuous support.
