This IN PERSON appointment is for established Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy female patients. 

During this appointment we will review lab results, discuss symptoms, renew medications when applicable and adjust treatment plans if needed. 

Book this IN PERSON appointment if you are a NEW PATIENT interested in balancing your hormones and/or thyroid function. Labs will need to be ordered and drawn 7-10 days prior to your appointment.

During this initial consultation, we will begin with an in-depth review of your comprehensive medical history, discuss your current symptoms, lifestyle factors, lab results and review your health goals. Full hormone panel is required before your initial consultation (will be ordered prior to your appointment).
