This is the first consultation. We require a $35 reservation fee to book the appointment, which will be applied to your total at the time of your visit. This is part of a package that we will select together based on what makes most sense to you. 

This is a virtual visit follow-up.

This type of visit would be utilized for a client that needs additional help, outside of their membership follow-up. 

This is a lab draw only. This is not an appointment to discuss current issues, results, or medications. You may not even see your provider during this visit. 

This is a quick follow-up visit for brief questions or dosage adjustments and only applicable to ?our patients on weight loss medications. 
For new concerns or to discuss starting new medications, please choose a longer visit option.
