New Patient Appointment with Stephanie 75 Min $ 350.00

This comprehensive new patient visit is designed for individuals seeking personalized, proactive care focused on general wellness, hormone optimization, weight management, metabolic support, menopause, and andropause. During the appointment, Stephanie Sanders will review your health history, current symptoms, lifestyle factors, and goals to identify patterns affecting your well-being.

The visit includes education, discussion of treatment options, and—when appropriate—recommendations for targeted lab testing and individualized therapies. This appointment is ideal for patients looking for a thoughtful, approachable entry point into integrative care with a clear, practical plan forward.

New Patient Pediatric Appointment with Stephanie 60 Min $ 299.00

This 60-minute new patient visit with Stephanie is designed for children and adolescents ages 1–17.

The appointment includes a comprehensive review of medical history, growth and development, current concerns, and environmental or lifestyle factors that may be impacting your child’s health.

This visit allows time for a thoughtful, individualized approach to care and may include recommendations for labs, nutrition, lifestyle support, or integrative therapies when appropriate.

A follow-up visit is typically scheduled to review findings and develop a personalized plan.

IV/ Ozone Injection establishment or renewal appointment (30 min) 30 Min $ 50.00

This brief office visit is required for patients who are not established regular patients and wish to receive IV therapies or ozone injections.

During the visit, a provider will review medical history, medications, and appropriateness for IV and/or ozone-based treatments to ensure safety and proper care.

The establishment visit is $50 and must be completed annually for patients who are not otherwise established in ongoing care with the practice. This visit allows access to IV and ozone services without enrolling in regular primary or integrative care.
