Book your virtual visit online. You can reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the appointment. To reschedule call the office 618-484-8709 and leave a message to reschedule your appoinment and the provider you booked with will return your call that day to reschedule.  If you do not show up to your virtual visit your fee will not be refunded. However if you contact the office we can get you rescheduled if you contact the offfice no longer then seven days of your missed appointment.  Your test kit will be mailed to the address you have listed as your address upon booking which takes 5 -10 business days to receive.
