Monthly Weight Loss Follow-Up Visit: Reviewed progress toward weight loss goals, including weight changes, dietary habits, physical activity, and adherence to the treatment plan. Discussed protein intake, hydration, supplements, and lifestyle modifications to support continued success. Assessed medication tolerance, side effects, and effectiveness. Adjusted medication dosage as appropriate based on clinical response and patient goals. Addressed questions and provided ongoing education and support throughout the weight loss journey.
Weight Loss Program Initiation Visit: Discussed weight loss goals, expectations, and individualized treatment plan. Reviewed sterile injection technique, proper medication administration, safe needle and sharps disposal protocols, and lifestyle recommendations to support weight loss. Pap Smear Visit – $200 This visit includes your office consultation, pelvic examination, specimen collection, telehealth follow-up, and Pap smear screening to detect abnormal cervical cells that may indicate precancerous or cancerous changes. Results are typically available within 7–10 business days.

Includes a comprehensive sports participation physical examination to assess overall health and fitness for athletic activities. Completion of school, camp, or sports forms is included. Additional testing, laboratory services, immunizations, treatment of medical conditions, and follow-up visits are not included and may incur additional charges.
Cash-Pay Office Visit – $60 This fee covers the provider office visit, evaluation, assessment, and treatment plan. Laboratory testing, diagnostic testing, procedures, medications, injections, and additional services are not included in the office visit fee and will be charged separately if performed or ordered. Payment is due at the time of service.
